New Approach to Email Marketing

There’s a change going through the marketing world where customer service is “the new marketing“.

If you take care of your clients, they like you. When they like you, they remain with you.

This new approach is to locate those who make more sense. Begin relationships with them before you try to sell them something. Learn what you can about them, then make the your offer – if it is something they can use. You want to be sure your products are something your audience wants. Then, prepare them for it.

You must build a two-way, trusting relationship with your readers. To obtain their purchases, you need their word-of-mouth support and you must listen to their thoughts/ideas and their goodwill.

If you cannot overcome their resistance, you'll never make the sale. That's like trying to kiss a woman before you even take her on a date.

And while the U.S leads the pack as of July '08 for the percentage

Where the major growth is occurring is in the world's most populous

Internet users—578 MILLION and growing. And they're just getting
started!

Then there's Africa and the Middle East that since 2000 have witnessed

Why is all this important? Because in joining Plug Into Green Profits,
you've just joined the most global-minded business there is. Put

a few others countries, but only Plug Into Green Profits with its
associated affiliate opportunities and products (including the GWO

Winners vs Losers

What's the big difference between them?

Answer: Winners spend time THINKING!

Yep, you read that right. It's that simple.

Most Internet marketers make a very big error. They wrongly assume that "knowing more" is more better than "thinking better."

So they spend a large amount of their time learning more instead of trying to think more.

Which do you do? Are you spending more time thinking or learning?

I'd hazzad a guess that you have spent most of your time grasping many facts pertaining to online marketing and enlarging

your home business.

I'm not say that is wrong, but unless you did some laser thinking first, chances are high that you've discovered many things

that aren't really needed for expanding your business immediately.

This is the difference between "just-in-time" learning and what is called "just-in-case" learning.

Right now, I want you to consider your business for 40 minutes -- and I guarantee you... it will require effort.

Here is the approach to take:

1. Spend 10 minutes finding all the barriers presently blocking your business goals. What is one that will payoff the biggest

if you get rid of it?

2. Then take 10 minutes trying to discover the main reason for that obstacle. You can accomplish that by thinking about the

roadblock and asking yourself, "Why do I have this roadblock?" When you get an answer to that problem, ask yourself WHY.

Wash, rinse and repeat this method until you've gotten down to the main reason for the roadblock.

3. Next, use 10 minutes for coming up with as many solutions as you can for handling the root cause of the problem. Choose

the alternative you believe is the best solution.

4. Now, during the last ten minutes, consider all the actions you'd need to take to implement the solution you just came up

with.

Then... get to work on it!

In other words, do something immediately.

You want minimize the time from the formation of your plan to its end.

Winners do this. They first spend time going through new approaches to their roadblocks. And when a new approach works, they

not only get an immediate results, they also have new ideas they can use (and often sell) repeatly.

Do this today, then let us know how it worked for you.

Three Easy Steps To Make More Sales

1. Begin talking about what your prospect will get if they do what you want them to do. Simply put, let them know what's in it for them? Don't tell your story before you tell them what's in it for them. Talk about them first. Do this in all of your selling communications first.

2. Quit talking about what your product does. You can talk about what it does for them, not what it does techically. What it does for them is very important, what it does, is irrelevant.

3. Let them know specifically what to do next. Tell them. You cannot be vague about what they are to do next.

How can you integrate these three simple steps into your marketing today?

* Review some top websites and see how they do it. See how they start out their sales letters. What words and phrases do they use? What do they accomplish with first few words of their paragraphs?

A great "back end" product to sell is YOU! As you become more of an established "expert" in your niche your time and advice become invaluable. Your most valuable product is YOU and YOUR TIME.

* Review your advertising. Make sure it comes from the angle of telling the prospect what's in it for them. If it doesn't, be sure to change it.

* Change what needs to be changed. Make sure you start with whats in it for you, then here's what I'm offiat I want you to do.

* Track the difference to see what is working

Eliminate Doubt

When the time comes to actually fork over their name and email address, a lot of website visitors freeze.

In that moment, they are almost ready to subscribe to your list but need just a bit more persuasion.

What to do? Sweeten the deal.

Incentives Put The Icing On the Cake

An incentive motivates someone who is on the fence about offering up their contact information, and solidifies the fact that they are truly interested in your offer when they press the submit button.

Incentives are different from your offer. Combined with your offer, incentives compel subscribers to sign up regardless of any initial hesitation.

There are several things you can do with your incentive:

Provide a free ebook or report in addition to your offer
Hold a drawing for a grand prize
Have an ongoing promotion (like free dessert on your birthday each year)
Offer a free consultation
Provide coupons that offer a percentage off of your products

Don’t set goals

The conventional wisdom says that extensive career and business planning are crucial, but the richest man in town is more likely to believe that planning inhibits success. Most of these rich men and women don’t plot a course that is more detailed than "get up each morning and do better than the day before."

What’s wrong with goals and plans? Too often, those who set them feel obliged to stick with them even when changing circumstances render the plans obsolete. Being ready to adapt to changing circumstances is a better policy.

Example: Jim Oelschlager, the richest man in Akron and founder of the investment company Oak Associates, Ltd., says that the only business plan he ever had was "answer the phone if it rang."

One day, a manager at his employer at the time, Firestone, asked him to manage its pension plan. This experience allowed him to create a series of successful mutual funds later on.

Despite the challenge of having multiple sclerosis, Oelschlager was able to take advantage of the best opportunities that came his way even when they were not what he expected. Over the years, Oak Associates has profitably expanded -- and Oelschlager also started CyGem, an information technology company, and Oak Air airline charters. Oelschlager believes that if he had moved his company in the direction he wanted to go rather than the direction that client feedback led him, "we would have failed miserably."

Tips on writing articles.

The importance of articles in today's websites and internet based
companies are immeasurable. They dictate a lot in the success and
the drive of traffic into one's site. It is a key element
in making a site work and earn a profit.

Articles have been known to be the driving force in driving traffic
to a website. Articles are a factor in giving site high rankings in
search result pages. The higher a site ranks the bigger slice of the
traffic flow pie he gets. With a huge number in traffic flow, there
are more profits and more potential for other income generating
schemes as well.

But articles have certain requirements as well. These requirements
must be met to obtain the maximum benefits an article will provide
for your site. A well written article will catch the eyes and interest
of your customers and keep them coming back for more.

Here are four things all articles must have to make them successful
and help in making your site a profit earning and traffic overflowing site.

*Keywords and Keyword Phrases

An article must always be centered on the keywords and keyword
phrases. As each website visitor goes to a site, there are those who
are just merely browsing but actually looking for a specific
something. When this happens, a searcher usually goes to a search
engine and types in the keywords they are looking for (e.g. Toyota
Camry, Tax Lawyer and etc). It could be anything they want.

The Important thing is that you have an article that has the
keywords that are related to your site. For example, if you maintain
an auto parts site, you must be able to have articles about cars and
their parts.

*Keyword Density

Keyword density is the number of times a keyword or keyword phrase
is used on an article. An article must have good keyword density for a search
engine to "feel" its presence. Articles should at least have ten to
fifteen percent of keyword density in their content for search
engines to rank a site high in their search results. Getting a high
rank is what articles do best for a site.

*Good Article Content

You cannot just riddle an article with keywords. They must also be
regarded as good reading materials. Articles must be able to entertain
people as well as provide good information and help for their needs.
Articles should be written well with correct spelling and good grammar.

People respond well to figures, facts and statistics. Try to get
great information and as many facts as you can. This will boost your
reputation as an expert in your chosen field or topic. As more people
believe in you. They will be able to trust you and your products.

*Linking Articles

And another important thing to remember. If you are going to submit
articles to ezines and/or contribute your articles to newsletters
and other sites, DON'T ever forget to include a link to your site. A
little resource box with a brief description of your site and you
should always be placed right after your articles that you have
submitted. If people like your articles, they will most likely click
on the link directing them to your site.
