Ingredients of Success
A wake-up call. This is usually caused by an event that causes so much pain that you can't ignore your need for change -- but you can generate your own wake-up call with a little personal awareness. For some, it's unbelievable credit card debt that might even require debt settlement.
Gratitude. Being grateful is actually easier when the chips are down. When all of the things we take for granted are disappearing or gone, we give our attention to what is left. The trick is to maintain gratitude for what we have, while we have it. Don't wait until it's too late.
Purpose. It seems so fundamental... but how often do we set a goal, take on a task, or engage in an activity without knowing what we want to accomplish? Having purpose is one of the greatest keys to eliminating disappointment and increasing fulfillment in life.
A mentor. There is more at work here than good timing. First make up your mind that you are ready to learn and grow. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.
Never stop learning. Become a lifelong learner. Maintain a healthy sense of humility and fascination with the world. You never know where your next wonderful lesson may come from. Ignorance is a voluntary misfortune....

EVERYTHING YOU WILL EVER NEED TO LIVE does exist...
-Isn't money blocking out the quality of food you eat?
-Isn't money blocking out the type of car you really want to drive?
-Isn't money blocking out the neighborhood in which you want to live?
-Isn't money blocking out the quality of education you want to give your kids?
-Isn't money blocking out helping those whom you love the most?
-Isn't money blocking out EVERYTHING THAT IS VITAL IN YOUR LIFE?
No one can deny how vital money is in their everyday life, and to
have a shortage of it day in and day out gets old...
As a matter of fact it's downright depressing...
What if you could create wealth by supplying MONEY to people...?
Imagine having a solution that the "Average Joe" like me and you
can take to the streets to other "Average Janes" and REALLY help
them build their own Economy right from their kitchen table laptops?
The "Average Joe" Bailout...
Who wouldn't want to look at that as a business, and who wouldn't
want to buy that product?
Well, I say that nobody in their right mind would be foolish enough
NOT to look at an opportunity, or buy a product since it is
REAL MONEY.
What if the product was yours free to use? Well, it is:

Prosper Mentally and Physically
commitment, and time from you. In most cases the person
running the business is doing so alone or with very limited
help. It is because of this that it is imperative for you to
have a BURNING desire to succeed.
physically and mentally. You are not able to run your
business if you are physically sick and you can't give your
business all that it needs if you are mentally negative.
Physical fitness begets mental toughness. Similarly, you can
reinforce a "nothing will stop me" mindset by challenging
yourself in your athletic pursuits or physical fitness
routine. (I'm heading into the basement to workout when
I am done with this and then a brisk walk down to Lake
Michigan and around the Illinois Beach Park Camp Grounds).
A positive mindset is essential to the success of any business.
A positive mindset is crucial because of the Law of
Attraction. In simple terms, you tend to get what you expect
to get.
Before you can create a successful business, you
have to form a clear vision of what you want your business
to become. If you constantly think and hope for a mediocre
business then you are likely to get that or less.
OR even worse...
What if you don't think you can't do it? Will you?
Henry Ford said it best:
"If you think you can or you think you can't...
...your right!"
Aim as high as you possibly can so that even if you fall
short of your vision, your chances of success are still
good. Thinking positively excites your emotions and this
helps to stimulate your creative spirit.
Your brain responds to stimuli. Expose yourself to positive
stimuli and avoid the negative.(This is scary, but try shutting
off the TV for ONE DAY...then try two. It's harder than you think.)
You will eventually begin to see more things as possible. Read the
success stories of others who came before you. The more you absorb
the positive mindset of successful men and women, the more you see
yourself on the same path of success.
Those who expect negative things to happen, often experience
negative things and fail as a result. An entrepreneur who has a
negative mindset is likely to give up on his business the moment
that an obstacle presents itself because it will be seen as impossible
to surpass.(and not worth it!)
A home-based entrepreneur who has a positive mindset is
likely to encounter success. Having a positive mindset does
not mean that your path will be free of obstacles, but
someone with a positive mindset will find a way to get
around them.
While it is not possible to completely expel all negative
thoughts and influences from your life, it is possible to
limit them.
How does a home-based entrepreneur stay positive; especially
when you don't have a strong support system?
Begin by steering clear of people who don't support your
business and attempt to demean you by making negative
comments. You must also remain positive so that when you are
met with opposition you are able to dismiss it.
If you begin second guessing your abilities as a business
owner because you let what others say affect you, then you
are not likely to succeed. Remember that the prosperity of
your home-based enterprise is dependent on you. This is why
it is essential for you to stay positive in all situations.
There are bumps and setbacks in everyone's career. It is not
so much the number of obstacles that you encounter that will
determine the success of your business; it is your ability
to get past these unfortunate events that determines how
lucrative your business will become.
In order to succeed, you have to believe that nothing can
stop you from obtaining your goals.
You don't always get what you want, but you often get what
you expect.
As a home-based entrepreneur you should constantly expect
wealth, prosperity, and overall success.
Even if success doesn't come to you in the manner in which
you expect, your positive attitude can help you to put more
faith in your business and new opportunities will present
themselves.
A positive mindset does not guarantee success by itself, but
it will help you a great deal. Plan carefully, be patient,
and remain positive through everything; and you will become
a success.
We hope this helps.

You Can Write Power Headlines

Effective Headline Template to Explode Your Responsiveness"
Did you notice the title for this tip?
Of course, it's a headline. That's right and it uses a age-old classic format which still continues to blow my mind with it's power. Just two little words:
"How To"
Hear me out on this, I know it sounds too easy.
The simple, little "How To" headline is still tops in many pro's books for simplicity and effectiveness. You really cannot go wrong with it. The "how to" headline is so versatile. You can follow it with several benefits, a question, an offer, almost anything - and it works great!
In fact, using the "how to" headline is one of the best places to start when writing headlines because it forces you to think of what your product/service actually does for the person.
Here are a couple of winning examples to get your juices flowing:
* How to fix motorcycles
* How to cruise the world for $19 a day
* How to get Enthusiastic Applause - Even a Standing Ovation - Every Time You Speak (Ted Nicholas)
* How to win friends and influence people
* How to make your car invisible to radar and laser!
* How to make your computer as easy to use as your telephone* How to Collect From Social Security at Any Age
* How to Attract Baby Boomers To Your Internet Business Like The Pied Piper...
* How to Get FIVE Money-Making Web Sites in 29 Minutes Or
Less... Without Spending a Fortune!
* How to avoid the biggest mistake you can make in building or buying a home...
Check out the first winning headline on the list "How to fix motorcycles". I mean it really can't get any simpler than that, but it works and it works GREAT!
"HOW TO BLUEPRINTS"
How to get the most out of _____________
How to avoid ________________
How to end ________________
How to get rid of _______________
How to avoid ________________
How to conquer ________________
How to enjoy ___________
How to get _____________
How to have _____________
How to keep ______________
How to start _____________
Even just adding the word "how" in front of a headline gives it an additional appeal. Compare these 2 examples:
A strange accident saved me from getting fat
How a strange accident saved me from getting fat
Which one is more compelling? I thing you'll agree #2 does the trick. And that one is a winning headline used over and over.
Okay, but maybe the tried and true "how to" is too boring for you. No problem! Spice it up by adding a little something before the "how to"
* Discover how to..
* Here's how to....
* Ohio man discovers the secret of HOW TO escape the American Rat Race
* If you think a 12% annual return on your money is good, here's how to set your sights on 100% or more...
* I'll show you HOW TO hit golf shots as straight as you can point, or this video golfing lesson is free and I'll pay you $25 for wasting your time! (Jeff Paul)
Or if you still want to change it up a little - just use:
* How I earn my living in 4 hours a day
* HOW YOU can Make Well Over $300,000 Per Year As A Real Estate Agent Working Less Than 40 Hours A Week...
I think you'll agree for getting the most bang for your buck - "how to" headlines are the way to go.
Want even more headline formulas, tips and tricks? You better because experts agree that headlines are 70%, 80%, 90% or more of your selling effort. And headlines work for *EVERYTHING* - I'm talking email subject lines, the top of your web page title, articles, blog posts, the first words a sales site/letter starts with, etc...

Can You Keep a Secret?

By Clayton Makepeace
Secrets tease, tantalize, and torment us. An offered secret is irresistible - impossible to refuse.
Once our curiosity is engaged, knowledge that someone else knows a secret that we don't know is like having a stone in our shoe. It gnaws and nags at us. We can't willingly rest until we're in on the secret too.
Since offering to reveal a secret appeals to us humans on so many visceral levels, it's no wonder that many of the most successful direct-response promotions of all time have used it to boost attention and readership. Nor is it any wonder that offering to reveal more secrets in a free report that is delivered along with the product being sold can drive response rates, revenues, and p rofits through the roof.
So how could YOU use secrets to hit one out of the park the next time you're at bat?
The way I see it, there are four kinds of secrets...
1. Simple Secrets. If you haven't done so already, buy a product - any product - from Boardroom or Rodale. Before long, your inbox and mailbox will be stuffed with promotions that tell simple secrets - and offer to give you thousands more secrets when you buy the book or newsletter they're promoting.
2. Forecasts. If you think about it, predicting a future event in a promotion is kind of like telling your prospect a secret that very few other people know. If you can show him, in your product or premium, how to use this "confidential, privileged information" to solve a problem or get something he wants, your readership and response are likely to soar.
3. Mis/Disinformation. Lies are, by definition, secrets too. When you show your prospect how "the establishment" or, better yet, your competitors are at fault for his difficult situation, you free him from responsibility for it.
4. Conspiracies. These are big, fat, irresistible bundles of secrets that amplify and broaden their power by an order of magnitude. Show your prospect why and how the deck is stacked against him and you create massive credibility for your product by validating his suspicions and creating an excuse for his current predicament.

Reset Your "Success Thermostat"?

"A-level" copywriter and Internet-marketing millionaire Joe Vitale grew up in a great family. His dad made a good income.
But when it came time for Joe to venture out on his own, it didn't go so well. He wound up on the streets of Dallas, Texas, living life as a bum.
In the end, Joe pulled through and started seeing some success.
Then something terrible happened. His business stopped growing, and his income stalled out.
It drove him crazy. No matter what he did, he kept on earning the same income his dad did. He couldn't get past it.
Eventually, he realized that he felt guilty about earning more than his dad. Once he recognized this, he reset his internal "success thermostat."
The rest is history.
If you want to achieve your goals – easier and faster – then, like Joe, you've got to reset your mental "success thermostat."
Here's what I mean …
Picture an air conditioner thermostat that's set at 75 degrees. When the room temperature reaches 76 or higher, the thermostat kicks on the AC – cooling the room back down to 75.
Inside your mind, you've got a similar thermostat. Because of preconceived notions or past experiences, it may be set for a certain level of success. And when that level is exceeded, your mental thermostat finds a way to bring you back to the original setting.
Ultimately, your success thermostat is responsible for how much success you can handle in any given area of your life.
For example, have you ever lost weight, only to gain it all back?
That was your success thermostat at work. It was set at a certain weight. When you lost the weight through diet and/or exercise, it registered the loss and did what was necessary to kick things back up to its original setting. In this case, the thermostat is the beliefs and self-image that made you overweight to begin with.
Or, even as an entrepreneur, have you ever felt like you can't break through to the next level of success … whether it's increasing your fee from … or even simply taking the first step and contacting a potential client? More than likely, it's your internal thermostat holding you back. As soon as it senses that you're nearing the breakthrough point, it pulls you back.
This may come in the form of fear or anxiety, along with thoughts of self-doubt.
In order to set your thermostat to handle high levels of success, you've got to start on the inside. You've got to explore the beliefs and emotions you have as they relate to whatever goal you're trying to achieve.
Once you've identified how and why your thermostat was set to where it is now, then you can begin the work to reset it. And when you do, you can expect greater success faster – and with less effort.
Here's a quick rundown on how to do that:
Step 1: Identify your underlying beliefs.
Let's say your goal is to double your income. But no matter how hard you've tried, you can't seem to break through. Take a moment and think about what you believe about money. For example, do you believe things like, "Money is hard to come by," or even "Money is evil"? If so, by trying to earn more, you're working against yourself, because of your belief system around money.
Make a list of those beliefs that you feel are creating an obstacle to your goal.
Step 2: Identify the emotions attached to your beliefs.
If your beliefs aren't in line with what you want to accomplish, then chances are your emotions aren't either.
As you review the beliefs you identified in Step 1, notice how you feel about them. Does the thought of having a lot of money make you feel guilty? Do you feel embarrassed or uncomfortable asking people for money when you're owed?
Make a list of all the emotions that are working against you.
Step 3: Change those beliefs and emotions you've identified.
You want to change the beliefs and emotions you identified in Steps 1 and 2 by replacing them with empowering beliefs that support the achievement of your goal. In a sense, this is how you "reset" your internal success thermostat. You're programming your mind with new beliefs that allow you to handle more success, more responsibility, more abundance, and, ultimately, more of the things you want.
To let go of your old beliefs and emotions, you'll have to convince yourself of their faulty logic. Realize that they don't serve you. Then replace them with what you want via affirmations or other positive change methods like visualization.
This process will also help you change your self-image from that of who you are now, to the person you want to become. This is important. Because once you've cemented the belief that you are the successful person that you want to be, success will come almost automatically. You'll find yourself doing the things that naturally bring your goals and dreams toward you.
These three steps will help you reset your success thermostat. And when you do, expect great things to start happening!

Think Like a Billionaire
In his book The Prime Movers, Edwin A. Locke gives this example of the way entrepreneurs think:
An average person observes evergreens growing along the roadside and thinks that they look pretty, especially when partly covered with snow. At this point, his thinking stops. An entrepreneur observes the same trees and thinks, "These trees would look good in people's living rooms at Christmas. I wonder what people would pay for them?
And he would continue to ask such questions as:
How hard is it to grow evergreens?
What investment is required?
How big should they be before being cut?
How difficult would it be to cut and transport them?
How much would it cost?
How long would they keep before losing their needles?
Where would they be sold?
What would the competition be like?
Could I make other, related products - e.g., wreaths?
Can I make money in such a seasonal business?
How much?
How can I get started?
This kind of active, directed thinking is one of the things that separate entrepreneurs from the rest of humanity. In fact, the most successful entrepreneurs in history - all of them mega-billionaires by today's standards - seemed to have dynamic, pragmatic minds.
Locke gives plenty of examples, including these:
Thomas Edison: He was a "virtual thinking machine. Almost until the day he died, his mind poured forth a torrent of ideas, and he might track as many as 60 experiments at a time in his laboratory."
Steve Jobs: He bombarded people with his ideas - his investors, his board of directors, his customers, his subordinates, and his CEO John Scully.
Henry Ford: "He threw himself into every detail, insisting on getting small things absolutely right.... But he never lost sight of the ultimate, overall objection. He had a vision of what his new car (the Model T) should look like. From all the improvisation, hard thought, and hard work came a machine that was at once the simplest and the most sophisticated automobile built to date anywhere in the world."
You may be thinking, "Hey, I'm no Thomas Edison or Steve Jobs or Henry Ford." Well, neither am I. And I could rattle off a dozen multi-millionaire entrepreneurs I know who don't have that kind of brain capacity either.
Raw intelligence is not the issue. If it were, Einstein would have been wealthy. What matters in the world of commerce is how you think.
Some people, whether because of their upbringing or their DNA, have a natural billionaire mind. But just about anyone who is smart and ambitious can learn to think like a billionaire.
You can transform your mind completely and permanently in a matter of a few short months by making small changes, one at a time. It will take some effort, though. As Joshua Reynolds once said, "There is no expedient to which a man will not resort to avoid the real labor of thinking."
Begin by vowing to talk to every successful person you know or meet. Tell them how much you admire what they have accomplished and ask them how they do what they do.
You may be amazed at how open they will be to such inquiries. Nine times out of 10, they'll be eager to tell you just about everything they know.
Unfortunately, many of the twentieth century's greatest entrepreneurs have been disparaged by historians and the media. As Locke points out in The Prime Movers, if you mention the names Andrew Carnegie or John Rockefeller or Cornelius Vanderbilt to most people, they think "greedy robber barons who took advantage of their circumstances." They know nothing about their accomplishments. What they know, for the most part, is based on persistent myths that prevent them from learning from these men and prospering.
Locke says:
"It is often claimed that the Prime Movers have been viewed with suspicion at best and with distaste or repugnance at worst.... The most basic motive [of those who envy them] is... hatred of the good for being good... it is hatred of the Prime Movers because they are intelligent, successful, and competent, because they are better at what they do than others are.
"The ultimate goal of the haters of the good is not to bring others up to the level of the most able (which is impossible) but to bring down the able to the level of the less able - to obliterate their achievement, to destroy their reward, to make them unable to function above the level of mediocrity, to punish them, and, above all, to make them feel unearned guilt for their own virtues."
When you become super-successful, you'll have to learn how to handle the people who are going to resent you for achieving what they themselves have been unable to do. But first, you have to get yourself into that enviable position. And you do that by practicing the thinking of the great entrepreneurs who thought like billionaires and so amassed billions.
Here are eight characteristics of the billionaire mind that you can emulate:
1. A "normal" person is concerned with protecting his ego. When dealing with a problem he doesn't really understand, he pretends he understands the contributing factors and doesn't try to find out what anyone else thinks. A person with a billionaire mind asks questions incessantly. He has no ego when it comes to learning. He knows that knowledge is power.
2. A "normal" person has a consumer mentality. He looks at a hot new product and thinks about how he would like to own one. A person with a billionaire mind has an entrepreneurial mentality. He looks at it and thinks, "How can I produce this or something similar in my own industry?"
3. A "normal" person is wish-focused. He daydreams about making gobs of money. A person with a billionaire mind is reality-based. He is always analyzing his own success and the success of others and wondering how he could learn from it.
4. A "normal" person, when confronted with a challenging idea, thinks of all the reasons why it might not work. A person with a billionaire mind sees the potential in it and disregards the problems until he has a clear vision of how it might succeed.
5. A "normal" person resists change. A person with a billionaire mind embraces it.
6. A "normal" person accepts the status quo. A person with a billionaire mind is always looking to make things - even good things - better.
7. A "normal" person reacts. A person with a billionaire mind is proactive.
8. A "normal" person looks at a successful business owner and thinks, "That guy's lucky." Or "That guy's a shyster." A person with a billionaire mind thinks, "What's his secret?" And, "How can I do that?"
Start by being humble and asking questions. Do this until it becomes a habit. Then take on another characteristic of the billionaire mind - like looking at a successful new product and thinking, "How can I do something like that?"
Go through the list, mastering one characteristic at a time, and within three months you will be able to create new businesses almost automatically. You will become a natural leader. Money will flow to you like water coming down a hill. And then you'll be ready to deal with all the "normal" people who are jealous of your incredible success.

The Ultimate Success Formula
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Af4QLc2vhs
Sometimes, even the most simple things can look complex and overwhelming. Tony Robbins used to say it all the time…you can’t eat an elephant WHOLE all at once, but you CAN eat it ONE BITE at a time!
The important thing is not to spend time focusing on how difficult something is, or how seemingly impossible it may be to achieve. Rather, focus on the ONE SMALL STEP you can take that moves you forward and creates momentum.
The Ultimate Success Formula is really quite simple:
1) know your outcome ~ get CLEAR about your OUTCOME. What is it that you want to achieve? Get clarity and focus! Make your outcome a MUST!
2) know why you want it ~ find your leverage! It’s vital to identify and associate more PAIN with NOT achieving your outcome, than the pleasure you will achieve by continuing down the same easy path you are currently living.
3) take massive action~ you need to create MOMENTUM…even taking a very small step forward is going to create momentum. MASSIVE ACTION does not always require MASSIVE EFFORT…take things one step at a time and keep putting one foot forward in front of the other. You only win a marathon by putting one foot in front of the other MANY TIMES, not by taking one big leap!
4) know what you are getting ~ pay close attention to the results you are getting from the actions you are taking. If the actions are moving you forward, continue doing them, but if you aren’t making any progress, skip IMMEDIATELY to step 5!
5) change your approach ~ we all know and have heard that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. It’s possible to be taking MASSIVE ACTION and heading in entirely the WRONG direction…so, change your approach and go back to step 3!
Have an INCREDIBLE week!!!

'Over Night Success'
I remember watching the movie called Patch Adams. Its one great film that will help you improve yourself. Hunter "patch" Adams is a medical student who failed to make it through the board exams. After months of suffering in melancholy, depression and suicidal attempts - he decided to seek for medical attention and voluntarily admitted himself in a psychiatric ward. His months of stay in the hospital led him to meeting different kinds of people. Sick people in that matter. He met a catatonic, a mentally retarded, a schizophrenic and so on. Patch found ways of treating his own ailment and finally realized he has to get back on track.
He woke upone morning realizing that after all the failure and pains he has gone through, he still want to become the a doctor. He carries with himself a positive attitude that brought him self improvement and success. He didn't only improved himself, but also the life of the people around him and the quality of life. Did he succeed? Needless to say, he became the best doctor his country has ever known.
So, when does self improvement become synonymous with success? Where do we start?
Take these tips, friends...
*Stop thinking and feeling as if you're a failure, because you're not. How can others accept you if YOU can't accept YOU?
*When you see hunks and models on TV, think more on self-improvement, not self pitying. Self acceptance is not just about having nice slender legs, or great abs. Concentrate on inner beauty.
*When people feel so down and low about themselves, help them move up. Don't go down with them. They'll pull you down further and both of you will end up feeling inferior.
*The world is a large room for lessons, not mistakes. Don't feel stupid and doomed forever just because you failed on a project. There's always a next time. Make rooms for self improvement.
*Take things one at a time. You don't expect black sheep's to be goody-two-shoes in just a snap of a finger. Self improvement is a one day at a time process.
*Self improvement results to inner stability, personality development and dig this .... SUCCESS. It comes from self confidence, self appreciation and self esteem.
* Set meaningful and achievable goals. Self improvement doesn't turn you to be the exact replica of Cameron Diaz or Ralph Fiennes. It hopes and aims to result to an improved and better YOU.
*Little things mean BIG to other people. Sometimes, we don't realize that the little things that we do like a pat on the back, saying "hi" or "hello", greeting someone "good day" or telling Mr. Smith something like "hey, I love your tie!" are simple things that mean so much to other people. When we're being appreciative about beautiful things around us and other people, we also become beautiful to them.
*When you're willing to accept change and go through the process of self improvement, it doesn't mean that everyone else is. The world is a place where people of different values and attitude hang out. Sometimes, even if you think you and your best friend always like to do the same thing together at the same time, she would most likely decline an invitation for self improvement.
We should always remember that there's no such thing as 'over nightsuccess'. Its always a wonderful feeling to hold on to the things that you already have now, realizing that those are just one of the things you once wished for.
A very nice quote says that "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear." We are all here to learn our lessons. When we open our doors for self improvement, we increase our chances to head to the road of success.
Take your business to the top!
Larry
