TheTrafficHut: How To Make An Effective Blog Post

A good blog post should be between 300-500 words so that
there is enough search engine "content" for their "spiders" which
come to look at your blog.

You should always make sure that you "ping" your blog after every
time you make a new entry or post. You can do this at pingoatic.com
This tells the search engines to come by and check out your new content.

Your blog post should also be use any "hyperlinking" tool provided in
the html symbol area. This helps you get "backlinks" for the keywords
you want to "rank" for in the search engines. And you shoud be
targeting "long tail keywords" like "powerful blog post" vs just "blog"
Why? There is a lot of competition for the keyword "blog" and your chances
of showing up on the 1st page of google is slim to none.

The symbol you are looking for is that blue ball with an inverted or
horizontal 8 below it.

You first hi-lite the phrase or keyword you wish to target. Then click on that
blue ball with the horizontal 8 below it and a new screen will come up.
Then insert the URL of the website you want associated with that keyword
to come up in the seach engines and get the backlink to.

And last but not least, the subject or subjects you choose are important to whether you
will gain a following who constantly come back to your blog or forget it.
You achieve this by giving them valuable and useful information they can use to
make their business successful.

DO NOT something like "My XYZ Company is the best MLM company, It has the greates products
and it pays commissions that are higher than any other company. These types of posts are
very common and do not provide real value to the reader.

An effective blog post must provide valuable information to the reader so as to insure loyalty.
The objective is to become an authority "figure" in your field of endeavor.
You want your Blog "TO BE THE PLACE" where people go to get answers on the
subject you are an authority on.
